Welcome CCMS Parents!!!
All parents/guardians at CCMS are members of the PTO, however, the PTO does NOT have access to your contact information submitted to the school.  In order for us to stay in communication with you, we need you to complete our contact information form.  

We want you to be a part of what we do!  We realize that everyone's time is valuable and we want to work with you to find opportunities where you can be involved with your child's school when it is convenient for you.

Please remember to be a volunteer, you will have to have a current volunteer card on file with the school system.  Don't have one?  Simply come to the office at CCMS with your driver's license to fill out the appropriate form.
