Upon receipt of this form, you will receive a confirmation email stating a seat has been reserved for your student in the tutorial. When the minimum enrollment has been met, you will receive an invoice for the non-refundable registration fee ($20, if registering after March 31) and tuition ($450). Payment will be due upon receipt. Please check the box to indicate you understand and agree to the payment timeline.

Refund Policy

In the event a student should drop the tutorial prior to the second class meeting, which is August 26, 2021, 50% of tuition funds minus all transaction fees will be refunded. After this date, no reimbursement will be made as it is unlikely the seat can be filled.

In the event the class is canceled due to <4 students completing their enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
