All field trips begin at 9:30am and the default end time is 1:00pm unless other arrangements have been made. Please confirm this time works for you or not and share with us if you have a reason this might not work (next question).  *
If you indicated a need for a different field trip time, please explain below what time you are requesting and for what purpose. The maximum time frame for a field trip is 3.5 hours and all field trips must conclude by 1:30 pm.
Will you need time to eat lunch at Moore Road Farm during your field trip? Participants bring a sack lunch to enjoy picnic-style at the farm.  *

Adult chaperones are free and welcome. TSC recommends 1 adult chaperone per 5 elementary students and 1 adult chaperone per 10 middle school students, however, we understand that chaperone policies vary by school and organization. How many adult chaperones (teachers + additional adults) do you anticipate participating in the field trip? *
