Please complete the form below (ONE per student) to register for lessons.  Please do NOT make any payments until you have been contacted that we have the minimum needed to hold class.   Payments due by start of class.

Strings/Band ensembles are pending enough interest and securing an instructor.  Please register and we will give you updates as we get closer.  Classes will likely be at Piney Branch ES in Bristow.

A parent (we can form a rotation) will be required to sit in the class for accountability with younger students.  Parents of guitarists are asked to sit in on the beginning of the first two lessons to be trained on how to tune their guitars.  Some classes/lessons will also require a book and a tuner (stringed instruments) to be purchased by the student/parent.   *
If you chose to split payments, this is a semester payment and unless you move out of the area, you will be obligated to pay the semester payment in full by the end of the semester regardless of attendance.   *
