This is for random card/ postcard mail throughout the year. Please complete the entire form where possible.
I will try to follow your requests/ requirements, but it may not always be 100% -- please do not be offended if I accidentally send you something you dislike :( alternatively, you can always give me a detailed list of the things to avoid and I will follow it strictly. 

It might be awhile before you receive a card, and all I ask in return is for you to please post a thank you as much as possible - just so I know the card has reached you safely. However, I will respect the decision if you choose not to.
