This 8-day foundation course will cover the wide range of Yoga topics and prepares the participant to get a taste of ancient Yogic wisdom through the unique concept of multi-teacher and multi-tradition approach to training by integrating the Holistic, Scientific and Spiritual dimensions of Yoga.
