You may request a practice within a three-week window from the day of your request. Any practices requested outside of that window may not be granted.
Practice requests will be accepted within each league on a first-come, first-serve basis. The older age groups will be given priority.
Review the practice schedule posted on the WYBL website (www.williamsburgbaseball.com) for available fields and times prior to submitting your request.
Practice requests may be canceled by the county or league at any time to accommodate make-up games or other conflicts. It is the coach’s responsibility to check the practice schedule for updates.
It is recommended that you offer a backup day, location, or time with your request due to the potential of conflicting requests.
An email response and/or website update will confirm the request.
