Please take care when filling in the form to make sure that you type accurately. Mistakes make it hard to contact you!

After we receive your form we will email you within 24 hours to confirm if you have a place. Your place is not secured until you pay the deposit, the invoice for which will be attached to the email. A deposit of 50% is due within 72 hours of receiving the email, the remaining 50% due by 7th October for which you will receive a 2nd invoice. Any places booked after 7th October will require payment in full.

COVID provisions: In case of a resurgence of COVID19 cases and resulting government restrictions, the organisers retain the right to make the final decision as to whether the event will proceed. We will be informed by Welsh Government and our venue. We would prefer that you have received up to date COVID vaccinations. While there will be hand gel available at the Retreat we would recommend that you bring your own travel bottle. Please DO NOT ATTEND if you have any potential COVID symptoms - there will be more vulnerable people attending and we want to make our Retreat as safe as we possibly can.

Finally, don't forget to check for emails from us after you have submitted the form so that you can pay your deposit! (You will receive a confirmation form immediately to let you know that your form has submitted and then within 48-72 hours you will hear from us with a welcome email and an invoice.)
