What to know before donating blood 捐血前須知
1.Get enough sleep 充足的睡眠
2. Adequate hydration 充足的水分
Drink some of your favorite beverages 1 to 2 hours before donating blood 應在捐血前1至2小時開始飲用一些您喜歡的飲品。
3. Don’t donate your blood with empty stomach 不要空腹捐血
Those who have not eaten breakfast, lunch or feel hungry can cause hypoglycemia and dizziness. 未進食早餐、午餐或感肚餓者,会导致血糖过低晕眩等状况。
4. Avoid taking any medicines before blood donation for one week. 捐血前一星期内避免摄取任何药物
