Pakistani Society of Medical Genetics Membership Application
Professional Members shall possess: 
(1) a relevant graduate degree (bachelor's, master's, or doctorate) and  
(2) a current active certificate to conduct research, practice medicine, or provide genetic counseling by the governing bodies of their respective countries.

Student/Trainee Members shall be individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are enrolled in medical school/college, an undergraduate or graduate school program in a relevant field, or a training program in genetic counseling. A trainee member shall be enrolled in any training program related to genetics. 

Prospective Student Members shall be individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are not currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate school program, but have keen interest in the field of medical genetics.

Patient and Patient-Advocate Members shall be individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are concerned with advocacy for patients, survivors, and caregivers for patients diagnosed or expected to have undiagnosed genetic or hereditary disorders.
