The Orient-Macksburg School Board is seeking additional information from you regarding our current partnership and shared services agreement with the Creston Community School District. The Board is asking you to complete a brief survey. Your response to each question is very important to us. The information gathered from the survey results will help the Board determine next steps with any and all future shared service agreements; curriculum and extracurricular opportunities including educational partners.

Do you support the current arrangement between OM and Creston regarding one-way sharing (HS students go to Creston for additional courses not offered at OM)? *
Would you support OM providing its own Pre-K 12 school curriculum program and not transporting students to and from another school district for additional classes? *
Would you support OM not renewing its shared services agreement with Creston and join in partnership with Nodaway Valley Community School District? *
