175 years - Galeries Royales Saint Hubert - Book a guided tour
We are happy to organize your guided tour of the 175th anniversary exhibition of the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert.

Guided tours are only available upon request and reservation, at least 15 working days before your visit. After this period, try your luck, we will do our best to meet your expectations.

Requests and reservations are subject to the availability of the exhibition and guides' schedule.

Guided tours are allowed every day from14h00 to 20h00. Admission is free.

First possibility of departure: 14.15 / last possibility of departure: 19.00

The following are the different possibilities for visiting the exhibition:

Max 15 pax per guide - Duration 1h to 1h30
During the day: 85€/guide - At night (visit after 6pm): 110€/guide

Guided Tour of the Exhibition + Glass roof + Cellar of the Old Flower Market
Max 15 pax per guide - Duration 2h
During the day: 125€/guide - At night: 150€/guide
Glass roof available according to the weather ; attention, the route to the Glass roof is narrow and slippery
Cellar available according the cinema's agenda

Guided tour of the Exhibition + Glass roof + Old Flower Market + Galleries
Max 15 pax per guide - Duration 2h30 - 205€/guide

General conditions:
-The reservation of the service is made via this online form and is final. For any subsequent changes, please contact info@itineraires.be. We do not make optional reservations.
-The tours will be conducted for max 15 people per guide.
-Itineraries cannot be held responsible for any accidents or other damage that may occur during the tours. Itineraries cannot be held responsible for any last minute changes in the guide's schedule.
-Payment: to be made BEFORE the service, by bank transfer, on the basis of an invoice whose details and reference will be sent in good time. No cash, cheques or credit cards.
-Delay: the guide will wait for the group during 1/2 hour, beyond this waiting time, we cannot guarantee the accomplishment of the mission
-Cancellation: must be communicated by email, at least the day before the service.
-Modification: any modification made by the customer to the times, meeting place, theme(s), language(s), date(s), services of the tour confirmed herein must be notified no later than 3 working days before the date of the service and will be invoiced at €10.
Less than three days before the date of the service, we cannot guarantee the requested change.
-CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: 50% of the total amount to be paid if cancelled within 10 working days of the service
75% of the total amount to be paid if cancellation is made 5 working days before the event
100% of the total amount to be paid if cancelled the day before the event
-DEFERRAL CONDITIONS: 50% of the total amount to be paid if deferred within 10 working days of the event
75% of the total amount to be paid if postponed 5 working days before the event
100% of the total amount to be paid if postponed the day before the service
-In the event of non-compliance with the working conditions of Itinéraires sur les Sentiers de l'Histoire, Itinéraires reserves the right to cancel the service / order form without any possible recourse.
- The association undertakes to comply with the law of 25/05/2018 concerning the GDPR.
