Voice Lesson Contract for Amy Zeller's Voice Studio

I am so happy to have you in my studio! This agreement includes information for my voice studio. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. You can find all of this information on my website at www.AmyZeller.com. I am looking forward to getting to know you and help you become a better musician!

Payment:
Lessons are $35 for a half hour lesson and $25 for a middle school lesson. Lesson payments are due monthly at the beginning of the month. Each month you will be emailed an invoice that shows the lessons scheduled for the month. The easiest way to pay is by clicking that invoice. You payment gets recorded immediately. You can also send a check to school, pay with venmo (@AmyZellerStudio) or I can even accept debit/credit cards in person. Checks should be made payable to Amy Zeller. Any unused money in your account will be applied to the following month. You can log on to your account and see the lesson calendar, lessons taken, payments made, and other account information. You will find the sign in at the bottom of www.AmyZeller.com.

Absences:
If you need to miss a lesson, please cancel 24 hours prior to the lesson by logging on to your account and canceling the lesson. Your account will then automatically be credited and you can even sign up for a make up lesson. If proper notice isn’t given you will be charged for the lesson.
