At this time we are only accepting applications for the Wait list.
We are accepting applications for the following Pokémon Regional Championships:
September 30 - October 2, 2022
December 16-18, 2022
February 24-26, 2023
June 2-4, 2023
Details:
• Vendor Spots are $3000.00 per location.
Businesses that apply for all 5 locations will receive a $500.00 discount PER LOCATION when their vendor fee is paid as follows... $3,000 before the Peoria event, and the remaining balance of $9,500 before the Arlington event. The initial payment is due within 10 business days of receiving an acceptance email. Vendors who do not meet this requirement will be dropped from the event, and we will select someone on the wait list.
Vendors who apply for individual events:
• The payment and the signed contract for Peoria, IL is due within 5 business days of receiving an acceptance email. Vendors who do not meet this requirement will be dropped from the event, and we will select someone on the wait list.
• Payments and signed contracts for all remaining events are due within 30 days prior to the event start date. Vendors who do not meet this requirement will be dropped from the event, and we will select someone on the wait list.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a Vending Spot.

Included:
• Business logos, website links and social media links will be posted on https://www.day2events.com/
• Business logos and links posted on social media twice prior to the event.
• Six 8' tables and 4 chairs.
• Defined Space at the Event. Each event will have a minimum of 20"x10' sq ft, with exact details in the contract per event. Booths can reach as large as 20x20 depending no available space in the venue.
• One electric drop per event.
Vendor hours will include the Event Hours listed below:
• Load in: Thursday (hours TBA) or Friday starting at 8:00 am
Event Hours:
Friday 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
By applying for Vending for the Pokémon Regional Championships by Day 2 Events, you agree and will abide by the signed contract and event policies including Covid Protocols, set forth by Day 2 Events, the venue location and The Pokémon Company International. These polices can be found at www.day2events.com
Vendors are required to have a State Sales Tax License for each event.
Vendors are not allowed to display, sell or buy any items that are from a competing brand of The Pokémon Company, International.
