Neighborhood Youth and Young Adults Ministry Mental Health Seminar Saturday August 21st. This event at Angle Lake Neighborhood Church from 10am-1pm will feature practical, interactive outdoor stations to help teach how to curb anxiety and stress. In our sanctuary, we will have discussions surrounding mental health plus a Q & A panel. This event is open to youth, young adults and their families. This event is free and refreshments will be provided.
