TERMS and AGREEMENTS- Payment Policy- Morning Care payments are processed through FACTS Management System. All participating Morning Care families will be required to set up a FACTS agreement (FACTS assesses a $50.00 registration fee for this service). If you do not already have a FACTS account set up, please go to https://online.factsmgt.com/SignIn.aspx and register for an account (only one per family). Monthly statements are billed in the current month of service on the 15th and will be automatically drafted by FACTS on the twenty-fifth of each month from September 2022 – May 2023. The month of August will be 25% of the monthly rate and September full monthly rate will be billed on September 15th. Adjusted rate schedule: August (25% of monthly rate) and December (50% of monthly rate). In order to place a scheduled payment on hold, you must contact the Business Office by the 20th of the month. Emergency Use Policy-In the event of an emergency, Morning Care may be used at $10.00 per day. If the daily emergency usage is used for the 3rd time in a month, the usage will be billed at the monthly rate. Space is limited.
