Public Comment During Virtual Board Meetings
Policy 0167.3– Public Participation in Board Meetings states the public is invited to attend Board meetings and will be given time to share their questions, comments, concerns, and opinions with the Board at every regular meeting. Based on our current situation with virtual Board meetings, we are offering citizens to submit comments that they would like the Board to read prior to their meetings.  

Comments shall be directed to the Board and not to staff or other participants. Public comments that are  defamatory, slanderous, or otherwise harmful to another individual will not be shared.

All comments must be submitted by 12:00 PM on the date of the current board meeting. If they are submitted after 12:00 PM, they will be read at the following meeting.
