Together we can support the faculty, staff and students of Cario Middle School to continue the goal of learning with purpose and leading with passion. Our families and community support are an important part of Cario continuing to be the highest performing comprehensive middle school in the state.

Our current PTSO board consists of 8th grade parents who are moving on to high school. Therefore, we are excited to start building our PTSO for the 2022/2023 school year. If you are interested, please complete and feel free to pass along to fellow Cario parents. Thank you for your interest.

The following PTSO positions are available. Please check the boxes of the positions below that you may be interested in for the upcoming school year. *

Pod Parent(s) - Serves as a liason between Pod teachers, parents and PTSO

Cario School Store Lead (Open during lunches 10:30-1:30) - Creates sign up genius for school store volunteers and works with PTSO officers to keep school store stocked and open.

PTSO President - Communicates on a regular basis with school administration, PTSO officers, and teachers to facilitate fundraising which supports Cario Middle School. Works to connect families, school and community to support student success.

PTSO Vice President - Communicates on a regular basis with PTSO president to assist with all initiatives.

PTSO Secretary- Works closely with other PTSO officers to facilitate fundraising as well as documentation of PTSO meeting minutes.

PTSO Marketing Director - Promotes PTSO initiatives to parents and the community through flyers and social media.

PTSO Treasurer - Presents financial statement at PTSO meetings and works closely with the other PTSO officers to ensure that there are enough funds available for initiatives.
