Volunteer Details:

• When you arrive please check in at the Heart and Sol booth
• Please dress comfortably. Dress appropriately for the weather, plan to be running around and in the sun. Not all might happen that way at the event but better to prepare for it.
• We will have Juneteenth shirts for $20 if you would like to purchase one to wear at the event. Regardless if wearing the event shirt or not, we will have a way to identify volunteers, which will be provided to you when you check in.
• We are non-partisan organizations and as a volunteer at this event you are an extension of us. Please do not wear anything outwardly representing a political party during your volunteer time
