DRESS CODE: What is the general dress code at your event? *
OVERNIGHT: If this is an overnight event, do we need to make our own lodging arrangements? *
THEME: Does your event have a theme or topic? Is it your desire that the theme or topic be covered in the sessions? *
ATTENDEE INFO: A) How many people do you expect to have in attendance? B) Please provide information about the genders, ages, and life stages of the attendees. *
SESSION INFO: How many sessions will we be speaking during the event? How much time has been allotted for speaking in each session? *
SESSION INFO: Is there a projector to allow for Powerpoint slides during the sessions? We are able to bring a laptop or a flash drive with the slides. *
