St. Columba’s Appreciative Inquiry Summit

The Appreciative Inquiry process is a collaborative and co-evolutionary search to identify and understand strengths, potentials, and greatest opportunities and hopes for the future.

For the past seven years St. Columba’s has grown and blossomed into a thriving church and retreat house. Given the growth of the community, St. Columba’s is at a threshold moment in our collective life together. In response to this unique time, the Summit will bring the community together to engage in a series of generative conversations and activities. At the Summit we will have an opportunity to:

  • Connect as a whole community
  • Understand our growth
  • Bring into focus our contemplative vision and identity
  • Deepen relationships with one another

All are welcome whether your connection to St. Columba’s is local and regular, or distant and occasional. The greater the diversity of perspectives on the day of the Summit, the richer the conversations and input into our future together.
