GSACRD Pre-kindergarten Inquiry Form 2024-2025
Thank you for your interest in Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools! Please be aware this is not a registration form. The information you share on this form will help to determine your child's eligibility and placement for our pre-kindergarten programs. 

Please note if your child was born in 2019, they are eligible to register for kindergarten. Kindergarten registration information can be found on our website. 

• Supported Learners -  Alberta Education provides Program Unit Funding (PUF) for children between 2.8 and 4.8 years of age who have been identified as needing early learning intervention (born in 2021 or 2020). Information shared on this form will help to determine if your child will qualify for funding. Our assessment dates will begin March 2024.

• Independent Learners - Children born in 2020 who are in their year prior to kindergarten are welcome to join our schools on Tuesday and Thursdays. Fees of $150.00 per month apply.

Once you have completed this form, the Early Learning Coordinator will contact you to learn more about your child and placement options for the 2024-2025 school year.
