MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and MomsNext (Moms of School Age Kids) International’s mission is to encourage and equip moms to realize their potential as mothers, women, and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church.
We welcome all mamas to come visit our group regardless of church affiliation or level of religious involvement. Building a strong support community of moms in the Gretna area is what we are all about.
We meet the 1st and 3rd THURSDAY of every month from 9am - 11am at Journey Church starting September 7th, 2023.
Our year runs from September through the start of May. There are a few variations to this normal schedule throughout the year when Gretna Public Schools is out of session. The children are cared for on-site and taught Bible stories by the MOPS Kids Team, a cost which is built into your local membership dues (coffee, childcare, crafts, supplies, ect.).
2023-2024 Local Dues are $100 annually due 9/7/23 or anytime before the first date and checks can be made payable to Journey Church. This can be mailed directly to the church or paid in person.

Steps to confirm BOTH your spot AND childcare needed for your children:1) Visit mops.org/join and use the code “WN9D” to register for your MOPS international account and join our group page. The international fee is $35 - if you have already done this with another group, you are already done with this step!
2) Complete the registration form below.
3) After you have submitted the form, you will have your requests for childcare confirmed via email by Annette, our MOPS Kids Coordinator.
4) Once your childcare needs are confirmed, your spot is secured! You can send payment (cash or check) for the local dues to Journey Church by the first meeting date (9/7/2023).
