Cost: The cost for both the course and the practicum is 3,000 total. 
After you submit this form you will receive an invoice for the total cost in your email via PayPal. 
Once you have paid for the course a manual will be send to your mailing address.

I hold an Associate's Degree 

I understand that the course work will be completed live on Zoom.

I understand I must have a high speed internet connection, microphone and camera to participate.

I understand that additional readings and homework assignments will be assigned in addition to the coursework .

I will purchase the Language Tool Kit ahead of class. (can be purchased from EPS or other publishers)

Practicum 

I understand that I am responsible for finding a practicum student. 

I understand that the practicum is a minimum of 8 months, 100 hours, and 10 observations. 

I understand I will get parent permission to video my practicum students as part of the observation process. 

I understand that after the coursework and the practicum is completed I will be eligible to apply to Academy as an Associate level Orton - Gillingham practitioner. In order to apply I will have to submit an application that includes a Student profile and three lesson plans.
