It has always been the mission of WiC to provide an inclusive environment to all in our community. It has come to our attention that we have not always been able to maintain that goal for all. We would like to reaffirm that our organization welcomes those of all identities and will work towards making all feel safe in our space. To facilitate this, we have created this survey to collect any thoughts, suggestions, or complaints in regards to how WiC pursues its goal in creating a welcoming, inclusive space. We encourage responses from all (Current Members, Former Members, Non-members, etc.) in regards to recent or past incidents. This form will be anonymous unless additional information is given and will remain open indefinitely. Your responses will help us create a future for WiC that is better for all.
