【報名程序】

2.如被選中，同事會再次致電相約訪問日期時間及講解詳情。
3.完成問卷後，同事會即時發放現金支票做答謝費。

[Introduction process]:
1. Please ask your friend to fill in your name and contact no. in the "Referrer" column, or
2. You know that after filling out the form, please let us know (you can notify us of your friend's name and phone number within 3 months at the latest after the respondent officially completes the Survey. We will check the completion list with the research company. After checking, the Referral fee will be arranged ASAP,  can be by cash/Payme/transfer/FPS)
