Refer 2 friends: You will receive an additional 5% of your sales (70% instead of the standard 65%, OR 40% instead of 35% if you are a VIP)
Refer 3 friends: You will receive an additional 10% total of your sales (75% instead of the standard 65%, OR 45% instead of 35% if you are VIP)

IMPORTANT details to qualify:
~ Consignors must be brand new and have never consigned with Rhea Lana's of Medina to count
~ New consignors must consign at least 50 items AND check them into the store (via in-store, curbside, DropNGo, or VIP if available) during THIS SALE (new referrals only count for 1 sale as are not cumulative)
~ Referrals will only be captured by filling out this form. You MUST fill out this form BEFORE consignor drop off begins to get credit
~ Your referrals must be unique individuals not living in the same household (multiple consignor codes for the same family WILL NOT COUNT). Examples: you CAN refer your sister or friend who will consign her own kid's items. You CANNOT refer your mom, sister, or spouse or anyone else who will be consigning YOUR kids things. You cannot refer yourself or anyone else a for second consignor number.
