sign up for in-person services - indoors and outdoors!
Shalom friends --

This page provides an opportunity to sign up for OUTDOOR, AND NOW INDOOR, IN-PERSON SERVICES .

Going forward, we expect that Shabbat evening services will take place each week open to the public.  We expect that Shabbat morning services from June 5 to June 19 will be for bar/bat mitzvah invited guests only, and then we'll have Shabbat morning services open to the public on Sat June 26 again.

Guidelines for attendance:
For indoor services:  All participants would be masked and maintain 6-foot distance from those outside their families.
For outdoor services:   During outdoor services and events, wearing a mask is optional for those who have been vaccinated.

All participants would be subject to a health screening.   (See below for screening questions.)
Attendance is limited to approximately 35 people maximum (whether we are indoors or outdoors).
All ages are invited, with the provisos above.
The mincha service, which includes a Torah reading, lasts a maximum of 30 minutes.  Shabbat morning morning services begin at 10am, with the torah service beginning around 10.30am, and concluding by about 12pm.

You are welcome to return to this form to fill it out as many times as you wish (i.e. it is recommended that you rsvp now for the upcoming week, and you can return to this form in future weeks to rsvp for future weeks).

These are the questions you will be asked during the health screening.  Please attend only if you can answer "no" to all the questions:
Is temperature 100.4 F or higher?
Do you have at least 2 of the following:  chills; shivers; muscle aches; headache; sore throat; nausea/vomiting; diarrhea; fatigue; congestion/runny nose?
Do you have one or more of the following:  cough; shortness of breath; difficulty breathing; new loss of taste or smell?
Have you had close contact (within 6 feet for at least 10 minutes) with a person with a confirmed case of Covid in the last 14 days?
Is there someone in your household with symptoms of Covid-19, or who has tested positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
Have you recently traveled to an area of high community transmission?
