This form will be used to request a refund for any online or in person event. All refunds will have a 30% processing fee. 

ALL REFUNDS NEED TO BE REQUESTED 48 HOURS BEFORE AN EVENT TO BE VALID!

A refund will be issued and you will see the refund in your bank account 5-11 Days since refund was issued.
