All School Field Day Lunch Form

For the all school field day the hot lunch item will be a sack lunch which includes a grilled hot dog, chips, cookie, fruit, veggie and a drink. The cost is FREE for all students tis year. Your child also has the option of bringing their own lunch from home that day. If your child is bringing a lunch the day of field day, please have the lunch be completely disposable. After we eat lunch everything will be thrown away. Please no thermos, metal spoons, plastic containers, etc. Please indicate below what your child will be doing for lunch on field day. Please complete this form and send it in by Friday, May 28th, 2021 so we can have an accurate count.
