Welcome to the Ready 2 Run Agility Club! Whether you are a prospective new member or a current member, this form is required for membership to the club for the year 2024. Club membership is a 2-step process:
- PART 1: Fill out and submit this online form.
- PART 2: Submit the appropriate membership payment.
We have made this form simple and easy, so it should just take a couple minutes to complete your R2R membership.
REMINDER: Be sure to click SUBMIT at the end of this form.
Don't forget to follow up by paying the required membership fee. This year we are offering an online method of payment (using PayPal) in addition to accepting membership fees via check.
Paying online with PayPal:
- Single Memberships are $26 (this includes $1 PayPal processing fee).
- Family Memberships are $36 (this includes $1 PayPal processing fee).

Paying by check:
- Single Memberships are $25.
- Family Memberships are $35.
- Checks should be made out to "Ready 2 Run Agility Club".
