The IAFP is extending the deadline to receive nominations for our Advocacy Award for a Family Physician who is an excellent advocate for other physicians and patients in Idaho.

Do you know a Family Physician that:
Has taken on a policy change in an institution to help other physicians and/or patients?
Has developed a program or area of focus to help address community and patient needs?
Models leadership as a Family Physician in ways that support other physicians and patients?
Is an exceptional patient advocate?

The award recipient will be announced in early 2022 and presented during an award ceremony at the IAFP Annual Conference, May 6-7, 2022.
