You do not need to enter everyday when completing the form you can return and amend as many times as required throughout the week. This form will be printed at 2.50pm daily for that day therefore the cut off point to make a booking for the current day is 2.45pm. If it is after this time and you wish to make a booking or cancel an existing one please call the school office. Collection is no later than 6pm.
