Laptop Retention and Return Information for FCPS Summer Classes

To ensure the smooth handling of your student's laptop during their attendance in an FCPS summer class, kindly complete the form provided below. If your student intends to retain possession of the laptop throughout the course, please indicate so. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the laptop to the main office once the course concludes. Failure to do so will result in a charge for laptop replacement, and the associated cost will be billed to the student's account. Thank you.
