※ Objectives 計劃目的
● Recruit and train students who are interested in guiding tours, receiving guests, organising events, public speaking, and multimedia production
培養對導賞、嘉賓接待、活動組劃、公眾演講及多媒體行業有興趣的學生，並提供實踐平台，讓學生學習並發揮其技能及專長
● Broaden students’ horizons and enhance their public speaking, event organising skills through being docents in campus tours and participating in various activities.
讓學生透過擔當導賞員及參與各類活動，接觸不同人與事物拓展視野，提昇公眾演講技巧和大型活動組織能力
● Enhance students’ sense of belonging and self-confidence through peer interaction
通過與學生朋輩間相互交流，提昇學生對大學的歸屬感及增強自信

※ Target Audience 對象
Full-time students at UM who meet the following requirements are welcome to apply:
所有澳大全職學生，只須具備以下條件即可報名：
● Outgoing, courteous, willing to try new things and make friends, and good at expressing ideas
個性外向、友善、喜歡交朋友、嘗試新事物及善於表達己見
● Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
流利廣東話、英語及普通話
● Have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working with others
有責任感、積極參與、投入度高

※ Participants in the programme will have the opportunity to 成功加入的你將有機會:
● Receive a name pin and a certificate issued by CO for qualified PRSAs*
獲得學生公關大使專屬名牌和證書*
● Participate in exciting camps, field trips and regular sharing sessions
參與各式各樣的外遊活動和定期會議
● Receive training in public relations, tour guiding skills, event coordination, etc.
接受公關、導賞及活動組織技巧的培訓等
● Participate in oversea exchange trips**
前往外地交流**
* Must provide a minimum of one academic year of service and pass the docent exam 需至少服務1學年及通過導賞員考試
**As the highest reward for participants in the programme, it is subject to the participants’ work performance and time contribution 外地交流是此計劃中最高奬勵，學生公關大使的表現及貢獻將會是主要的考量因素

※ Responsibilities 職責
● Provide a minimum of one academic year of service
至少服務1學年
● Guiding campus tours for visitors
為嘉賓提供導賞服務
● Assisting with PR- and media-related tasks during events and exhibitions
協助大型活動及展覧的公關及多媒體工作
● Attending internal training courses; organising and participating in required activities such as orientation camps and inauguration ceremony
參與特定的培訓及協助籌備大型活動，如迎新營及就職典體

※ Evaluation criteria 評核準則:
● Applicants shortlisted from resume screening will receive an email confirmation by 16 Sep with information about the written test on 19 Sep and group interview which will take place between 28 – 30 Sep
根據報名資料進行甄選，通過初選的同學將於9月16日前收到電郵通知參加9月19日的筆試，而團體面試將於9月28日至30日進行，詳細內容請見確認電郵。
● Applicants who passed the final interview will be invited to the Welcome Lunch on 16 Oct and Orientation Camp on 24 Oct.
成功通過最終面試的同學將獲邀出席10月16日的迎新午宴及10月24日的迎新營。
