Monitoring and evaluating your activities is a vital part of your organisations continuous improvement.

Evaluation can be a great method to help you to track how you are doing and how you can improve along the way.

This workshop will cover:
- To highlight the importance and use of M&E in development
- To introduce some M&E tools
- Discuss how projects/programmes are typically monitored and evaluated in international development
- Exercise: Developing an M&E plan

This will be an interactive learning experience, where discussions and exercises will be used to bring good practices to life.
