ACH Electronic Debit Authorization for all 2021-2022 Product Program Activities

This form is to be used by Girl Scouts of Central Maryland (GSCM) Troops for authorizing Cookie & Mag/Nut financial transactions during the 2021-2022 Product Program Year.

•The Troop acknowledges and agrees to allow GSCM to conduct electronic debits for amounts owed to the Council for all cookies and or nut/candy products received by the Troop during the 2022 membership year.
•The Troop acknowledges and agrees to allow GSCM to conduct electronic credits to the troop bank account for any troop proceeds owed to the Troop for all cookies and or nut/candy products received by the Troop during the 2022 membership year.
•GSCM will reconcile all troop proceeds earned by the troop for Cookie Sales or Mag/Nut sales in a timely fashion at the end of each of the sale periods or as scheduled in the current Product Program calendar.
•The Troop is responsible / accountable to deposit sufficient funds to cover any debits and will be responsible for any bank fees associated with insufficient fund (NSF) charges. Additionally, GSCM will charge troops a $35.00 NSF fee for any and all ACHs rejected by the Troop’s bank.
•The troop is responsible to report to GSCM Product Program Department any bank account changes to the submitted data on this form.
•Troops will receive notice from the sale system(s) of any ACH debits with amount and date of withdrawl prior to the amount being withdrawn from the Troop bank account.
•Troops have 24/7 access to the sales systems to monitor, track and print reports for all financial transactions.
•By submitting this form electronically, the Troop expressly authorizes GSCM to repeat any debit that fails for any reason without notice to the Troop. The Troop agrees to work closely with GSCM to pay all amounts due to the Council in any manner agreed to by both parties and as scheduled.
