Due to COVID-19 restrictions, American Sokol will not be able to conduct an “in-person” National Instructors School this summer. However, this year we will attempt something completely different and new! We will be conducting a Virtual School via Zoom. Details are still be worked out, but we wanted to get your Unit’s input in regards to participation in this endeavor.

Unlike our "in-person" School, this will not provide as many hours of instruction that would usually occur in 14 days. As a result, this will not be able to achieve the certification of a two-week school. However, this will be an extremely valuable learning experience for all who attend! We are tentatively looking at early July to early August, about 4 weeks, with 3-4 days per week, and 2-4 hours of classes per day. This will include afternoon and evening sessions. Similar to a Director's Conference, participants can attend 1 class, many classes, or even all of the classes offered!

We will have a registration, but no registration fee. The registration will be used to know who is interested and obtain their contact information to send out updates. We will include not only our targeted students, those in the Juniors class, but will also include adults and older upcoming Juniors that have interest in becoming potential class assistants/instructors.
