West Wilkes Band Manual Sign Off
This form is for parents and students to complete after reviewing the West Wilkes Band Manual. This sign off is required of every student in the West Wilkes Band Program. The email provided will  allow parents to receive Marching Mondays from our West Wilkes Band Boosters which will include forms and announcements that are sent home. Performances, rehearsals and meeting dates are also shared by our band boosters. The email below will be added to our Marching Mondays email list. If you would like to opt out of Marching Mondays please check the opt out  choice.

We have received information on the expectations of the program from the August Band Parent Meeting and/or the Band Manual found on Canvas and on the band website. We understand that all members are expected to abide by the expectations in the band manual.  We understand that the West Wilkes Band Program encourages all of our parents to attend our monthly Band Booster meetings as the program is funded 90% by our combined efforts through the Band Boosters.Our next meeting is on Sept. 12th at the WWHS Band Room at 7PM Middle School parents are requested to attend!
