Natisnjen, izpolnjen in s strani mentorja/-ice podpisan obrazec "SOGLASJE MENTORJA/-ICE", ki ga najdete na spletni strani UL AG, oddajte v pisarni za koncertno dejavnost (Kazina, Dekanat, 2. nadstropje, pisarna št. 2N.02) ali skeniranega pošljite na elektronski naslov: prodekanum@ag.uni-lj.si.

2. NOTNO GRADIVO
Notno gradivo (klavirski izvleček ali partituro) pošljite v elektronski obliki (skenirano kot PDF datoteko, poimenovano s priimkom, imenom, inštrumentom/glasom solista ter priimkom skladatelja) na elektronski naslov: prodekanum@ag.uni-lj.si.

Printed, completed and signed by the mentor "MENTOR'S CONSENT" form, which can be found on the UL AG website, submit to the concert activity office (Kazina, 2nd floor, office no. 2N.02 ) or send a scanned copy to the email address: prodekanum@ag.uni-lj.si.

2. SHEET MUSIC
Send the sheet music in electronic form (scanned as a PDF file, named with the last name, first name, instrument/voice of the soloist and the last name of the composer) to the email address: prodekanum@ag.uni-lj.si.
