Yearbook/Broadcasting: This class will be a joint course that offers students hands on experience. During the yearbook sections students will learn how to create layouts, write captions, articles, and take pictures to produce the yearbook. During broadcasting sections students will learn how to edit videos and music, use streaming equipment, use sound boards, work lighting, and how to speak on camera. Students will record school events such as chapels and school productions. Live streaming of sporting events will occur without adult supervision. Students who take the yearbook/broadcasting class must meet all deadlines, be self-motivated, and have a good work ethic. Students must enter this class knowing they will be responsible for everything mentioned above as part of one class.
