School meal choice September 2019

As you will be aware, universal free school meals are only available for Reception to Year 2 children and so therefore in September your child will no longer be eligible for these meals.
We need to know your child's meal choice for September (Year 3) so that we can arrange billing and also order the correct amount of meals from Ole Ole.

Please confirm your choice by 12/07/2019 at the very latest.

Please read letter explaining the finance system and how you will be billed for school meals for next year (a copy can be found on our website).
If you do not confirm your choice you must send your child with a packed lunch in September as there will be no meal available for them.

If you have 2 children moving into Year 3, please complete 2 forms.
