The Muskingum Area Mental Health & Recovery Services Board is committed to creating and furthering a Recovery Oriented System of Care. The Five Principles at the forefront of moving ROSC forward are: Focusing on Clients and Families, Ensuring Timely Access to Care, Promoting Healthy, Safe, and Drug-Free Communities, Prioritizing Accountable and Outcome-Driven Financing, and Locally Managing Systems of Care.  The MHRS Board seeks the feedback and input of our local partners and community members in our ROSC planning processes and program development. Our ultimate goal is to help our neighbors throughout the six county region to live better, healthier, and drug-free lives.
