Expectations for Virtual Religious Ed/ Expectativas del Programa de Educación Religiosa Virtual
1. If students cannot make a zoom meeting, a parent or guardian should inform their teacher. Attendance is taken for each class.
2. During Zoom Classes:
• The student’s video must be on at all times.
• The student must be dressed in a presentable manner.
• The student cannot change their username for the video conferences.
• The student will not engage in other chats or instant messaging.
• An adult (whether a parent/guardian or some other adult) will be in the same room as the student.
3. Parents/Students are responsible for completing short reflections/assignments outside of the zoom classes. These reflections/assignments are required for the completion of the Religious Ed Program.
4. Families are encouraged to attend the new Family Mass at St. Aedan’s once a month either in person or virtually in accordance with current health and social distancing concerns.

EN ESPAÑOL

1. Si un estudiante no puede asistir a una de las clases, uno de los padres u otra persona responsable deberá decirle al maestro. Pasaremos lista en cada clase.  
2. Durante las clases vía Zoom:
• La cámara del estudiante debe estar encendida.
• El estudiante debe estar vestido de manera presentable.
• El estudiante no puede cambiar su nombre de usuario en Zoom.
• El estudiante no usará otros chats o mensajerías instantáneas.
• Un adulto debe estar en el mismo cuarto con el estudiante.
3. Los padres y estudiantes son responsables de hacer, fuera de las clases por Zoom, las reflexiones y tareas. Estas reflexiones y tareas deben completarse para cumplir con el Programa de Educación Religiosa Virtual.
4. Una vez cada mes, las familias están invitadas a asistir en persona o virtualmente a la nueva Misa dominical para familias de St. Aedan’s.
