Reporting for UN entities, regional organizations, international financial institutions and civil society organizations to contribute to the second Secretary-General report to the Security Council on Youth, Peace and Security
Mandate: Security Council Resolution 2535 (2020), in paragraph 26: “Requests the Secretary-General to submit a biennial report to the Security Council on the implementation of this resolution and of resolutions 2250 (2015) and 2419 (2018)”.

Reporting period: from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2021.

Guidance: Provide one consolidated submission per organization/entity by  30 October 2021 about any efforts, initiatives and work undertaken to support the implementation of SCR 2250 (2015), SCR 2419 (2018), and SCR 2535 (2020) with a specific focus on impact and results.

Replies to the questions below should be succinct (max 300 words) and, include, as relevant, inputs from field and regional colleagues.  

Please make sure to adequately reflect on how young people from different backgrounds were engaged in all initiatives mentioned. All data provided should be disaggregated by sex and age.
