If it were up to you to decide when we would offer in-person worship (with masks and social distancing), when would that be? *
Based on preliminary conversations, when we first open for in-person worship, we would offer two Sunday morning services: 9:00 traditional and 11:00 modern services.  This will allow time to safely clean and transition people.  Because the Family Life Center is currently being used by our Faith Friends Learning Center, both services would be in the sanctuary. Which service are you most likely to attend if these are offered beginning November 29th? *
Have you been to any in-person worship services at other churches since March 15th? *
If yes to previous question, what was it like? Did you feel safe?  What did it feel like?
How would you say you have been affected by not being able to attend worship in-person at Faith United since before March 15th? Check all that apply. *
Required
What if before offering in-person modern or traditional services, we offered a 30-minute in-person prayer service that might include instrumental music, humming, prayers, scripture reading, and a brief reflection limiting attendance in the sanctuary to no more than 20 pews (every fourth pew, each pew reserved for individuals or family units by registration)?  What thoughts and/or feelings do you have about this idea? *
Before we can offer in-person worship, we need to organize teams of people to help make things go smoothly and safely. Are you willing to help?  Please check all the areas you would be willing to help with and then provide your name so we can be in touch. *
Required
If you have any comments or explanations to go with one of the questions above, please add those here referring to the question in mind.
