We value the opinion of our parent community to make decisions about the education of your children. In an effort to offer a personalized learning experience for all students, please provide us with your feedback about an ONLINE LEARNING OPTION for your child.

Ashtabula Area City Schools is committed to providing the best education for all students and we will return to in person instruction on the first scheduled day of classes Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

However, if you are interested in an Online Option for the 2021-2022 school year please complete the following survey on this form to begin enrollment for the AACS Online Academy (Semester I only). To be considered for enrollment into the AACS Online Academy (Semester I only) this form must be completed by Monday, August 09, 2021.

If you have no interest in the online option there is nothing for you to do on the remainder of this form, thank you.

Online team to include: Student, parent/guardian, online teacher, family liaison, and building administrator.
