The Advisor of the Year award is designed to recognize and celebrate a Golden West College club advisor who provide extraordinary service and value to clubs, organizations, and student life.  One award is presented at the end of each academic year and decided on by the Inter-Club Council.  

The following criteria are evaluated for this award:

- The club/organization advisor continually goes above and beyond his or her normal duties in order to assist the student
  membership
- Demonstrates commitment and dedication to the student club/organization
- Encourages the development of leadership abilities in all members of the club/organization
- Continually serves the best interest of the students

Timeline:
Nominations open Wednesday, March 23rd
Nominations due Sunday, April 24th at 11:59pm
Club voting Monday, April 25th - Sunday, May 8th at 11:59pm
Winner announced at End of Year Event (Date and Time TBD)
