Travel and Honorarium Details

For safety Ben travels with his wife or a ministry partner, they will attend all sessions/events/meals with Ben. We ask that you would cover two round-trip economy class tickets, lodging close to the venue, and arrange for transportation to and from venue (rental, Uber, etc), and a per diem for Ben - if the event is not local.

Events are considered local if they are within one hour drive time of Fort Worth, Texas. If the event is within 2-6 hours of DFW we ask that you would cover gas and per diem. Ben’s team is thorough in finding the most cost effective and reliable airline tickets to honor your budget. 

Note: Your answer to this question does not affect the decision of Ben and his team to attend your event.

If providing honorarium in addition to travel costs - Please know we are grateful for the opportunty to be a part of your ministry outreach. It’s important for Ben’s team to know if this offered gift is sustainable for Ben’s ministry and time away from family and other local responsibilities (determined by the number and length of speaking engagements requested, writing new material, and days of travel).
