The Land Collective is an award-winning, youth-focused organisation that encourages engagement in the property and built environment sector through showcasing career opportunities, providing educational resources about the sector, delivering employability programmes and placing diverse young talent into early career opportunities such as apprenticeships, internships, work placements and graduate schemes.
Places on the programme will be offered to girls who meet the following core criteria:
- Identify as someone from Black or Mixed Black heritage.
- Be in Year 11 (15-16 years old).
- Be living in London.
- Attend and have always attended a state funded, non-fee paying school.
The following criteria is optional:
- Have no immediate family working in the property sector.
- Have been eligible to receive Free School Meals while at secondary school.
- Have been looked after or in care.
